The Junior Target Award requires 5 activities, one from each of the five zones and is usually awarded shortly after joining the Junior Section.

Junior Bronze Award Badge

The Junior Bronze Award requires 10 activities with at least one from each of the five zones and is usually awarded at age 8/9.

Junior Silver Award Badge

The Junior Silver Award requires 20 activities with at least three from each of the five zones and is usually awarded at age 9/10.

In order to get all 4 awards a Junior Section Boy needs to complete a total of 55 activities over three years. It does not matter what age your son  joins at =-- he will join in with others their same age and participate at their own level. There is no judgment about how well they have done, all that is required is to join in and try their best.

Juniors Service BadgeIn addition Juniors will earn a service badge which shows how many years they have been a member for. A Junior who has been with The Boys' Brigade since 5 years old can earn up to 6 years service.
