Our goal and passion is to "carry the WORD to the world through personal involvement". 

The most effective teams that we send are church-based teams and we aim to make it easy for churches to become actively involved.  When a church-based team goes on a trip the whole church is able to catch the vision and get behind them. Often churches help in raising the funds for the cost of the trip but more importantly continue to support the project long after the team has returned. Team members return having done things they have never done before, having stretched their faith to new limits and therefore make a greater contribution in the church they return to.

The aim of each trip is two fold: for the team to be fruitful in their work, and for team members to grow and be stretched through the experience. A well-balanced itinerary is developed with our field-coordinators and indigenous partners allowing for time to adjust and learn about the culture they are in whilst getting 'the work' done. Most team members enjoy it so much they want to repeat the experience!
