Please note that opening both calendars at once is not recommended.

If the hall or room is free at the time when you want to use it, please request its use, giving as much notice as possible, by sending an email or telephoning:

giving the following information:

• Organisation and Contact Telephone Number

• Day and Date

• Start and End times

• Hall and/or room(s) required

Alternatively you can fill in the contact form.

If the hall or room you wish to use is not free, please contact Joyce who will see if alternative arrangements can be made. 

During School Holidays, most Youth Organisations do not use their booking and these rooms may be available.

Use of Halls and Rooms by Visitors

The Church is keen to make halls or rooms available to members of our community for private use such as children’s parties.  Follow the booking instructions above. A fee is payable.
